今年のテーマは不思議の国のアリス！
高知出身の国野アリスは東京の大学生。都会で認めてもらうには都会らしくないといけないと思い込み、高知出身のことを隠してしまう。その秘密がバレると、アリスはカツオ人間を追ってとても不思議な土佐の国に迷い込んでしまう。そこでアリスが出会う様々な奇妙なキャラ：モネの庭のスイレン、芋虫のようなよさこいチーム、四万十川と仁淀川、土佐弁大好きな猫、いかれ帽子パン屋、そして柚子の女王。不思議な国の冒険を通して、アリスは故郷を誇りに思うようになれるのか？
This year's theme is Alice in Wonderland!
Alice Kunino, a university student in Tokyo, comes from a farming family in the inaka of Kochi. She feels she needs to be from the big city to be recognized, so she conceals her Kochi roots. When her secret is revealed, Alice follows Katsuo Ningen down a shady alleyway and finds herself in the fantastical world of Kochi. She encounters a range of silly characters: the water lilies from the Monet Garden, a caterpillar Yosakoi team, Shimantogawa and Niyodogawa, a Tosaben Cheshire Cat, the Mad Boushi-pan-ya (hat bread seller), and the Queen of Yuzu. Through her adventures in this wonderland, Alice learns to be proud of where she comes from.
